2. The short version
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads nothing from third-party servers. Even the fonts are served from our own server. We only process personal data when you visit the site (server log files) or when you contact us through the form or by email.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4-6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically processes data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, requested address, the previously visited page (referrer), browser and operating system, and the response status code.
This is technically necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted automatically after a short time. We have a data processing agreement with Mittwald under Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Early access form and email
When you use the form, we process your name, email address, company, team size and message to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering requests under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
The form sends your details by email to our mailbox at Mittwald. The same applies when you email us directly. We delete your details once your request has been handled, unless statutory retention periods apply.
To protect the form against automated mass requests, the server stores a pseudonymised value (hash) of your IP address for no longer than one hour. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working form free of abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
5. No cookies, no tracking
We set no cookies and store nothing on your device. There is no audience measurement, no advertising network and no embedded third-party content such as videos or maps.
6. Encryption
The website is only delivered encrypted via HTTPS. Data you send through the form cannot be read by third parties in transit.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data based on legitimate interest, you can object at any time (Art. 21). Just write to info@spread-os.de.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
8. Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
